Job Description:

We are looking for call center executives to join our team at JobFit! If you have experience in sales and customer service and are willing to work in a dynamic and constantly growing environment, this is your perfect opportunity. As a call center executive at JobFit, you will have the responsibility of providing excellent customer service through phone calls, chat, and/or face-to-face.

Job Responsibilities:

• Personnel management
• Analysis of the processes for the implementation of improvements in the área
• Preparation of productivity and sales reports and indicators
• Generation of strategies to achieve more

Knowledge:

• Outbound campaign management (prospecting a/o sales via telephone)
• KPI´S and indicators management
• Implementation and operation of parameters, configuration and integrations of predictive dialers for outbound campaigns

Schedule:Full time from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm About Us:
